• In-store pickup - No additional cost. You can order online and pick up your order in person at the selected store.
• Table service - For orders consumed at the premises, a cover charge is applied in accordance with local regulations.
• Home delivery - Free for orders above a specified amount. For orders below that amount, shipping costs may apply.

To place orders, you may be required to register an account. The User agrees to:

For in-store pickup, the User must present the order confirmation (via email or app) and identification if required. Orders not picked up within 24 hours of preparation time may be cancelled without refund.

2. Errors in the delivery address provided by the User
3. Allergies or adverse reactions to ingredients not reported by the User
4. Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service

The maximum liability of OSTERIADELBACCALA in case of issues with an order is limited to the value of the order itself.

7. Changes to Terms

OSTERIADELBACCALA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
